2016 advanced. User set up for 20 minute automatic log off. Users is not being logged off at night. Does anyone know the typical causes of this? BTW ... the Sage KB sucks. I searched on many variations of ""automatic log off"" and either a careen full of irrelevant KBs appear or nothing at all.

I'm not sure on 2016 exactly but in general data entry tasks with unsaved data will prohibit auto log off. from the Help files any open task windows will automatically close with the exception of data entry windows with unsaved entries.

I always thought the auto-logoff was somewhat error prone.
