Some registrations use the old Sage Account Number and then the vSage Account. Newer purchases use the new Sage Account Number and the xxx-xxx-xxx format unlocking code. So if you are seeing the 5-5-5 (or whatever it is), then use the New Account number on the Portal. If not sure, you can email:
salesadvisor@sage.com, give them the new Sage Account number and ask for the keys.
