  • 1.  2015-2019.2 upgrade Paperless issue

    Prepare failed with the following error blah blah blah SYS:\06.00.01.00:DATA:SY_PaperlessOffice:000000:000 - Error #107: Keyed File error (Wrong key block addr)

    Can't find in Sage, although they have lots of similar.
    Anyone?​

    That stage of system file conversion will "Convert P/L log table records that were created from legacy J/C and P/R modules". I used DFDM on Sy_ConversionDriver.m4t to find the key you mentioned and pasted in the ConversionNotes$ field (in case you were wondering). So I think it means rebuild or at leave review the PL_ data files in in MAS_System from the source system (like PL_JournalPDFLog, PL_Form, PL_Report). But it might instead mean it's reading the PR_EmployeePDFLog (from PRxxx) or AR_CustomerDocuments (from ARxxx) from the source system and getting the Error  107 there. I wouldn't know without digging deeper but I hope this helps.

    Thanks.  Turned off Paperless in old version and am trying again - but Sage will probably read those files no matter what.

    Welp, I can only display the first 15 records of the PL_JournalPDFLog file out of 48K, so I guess I've found the file issue.
