2014 W2 printing. Customer with 1,000+ employees. Printing from current company in Q1 2016 is missing demographic data for 260 W2 records because they were terminated in 2015. Printing from the backup company in Q4 2015 doesn't reach the grid of employee data. It encounters a message: Opening input DB/AUF. Please wait... Then the title of the message window goes to Status (Not responding) and never continues. Has anyone seen this?

Try renaming the efiling folderw in the PRXXX folder I have heard that solves many issues.....

I had already done that, because they were getting the ""FEIN Mismatch"" error message. Well, I just tried it again, but I get the same thing.

I think you need to be patient and let the grid populate. We have a client that prints thousands of W2s and says it can take hours to load the grid. One of the several reasons he dislikes Aatrix.

Also curious if you installed the latest PU and IRD.
