2014 premium. User just replaced a workstation that used Sage Intelligence. Does anyone have a list of the compatible versions of Excel for 2014 premium? Thanks! ""IT"" installed Excel 2016 Home & Office. I have a suspicion this may not be compatible.

Surely that is easily accessible on the Partner Portal, Doug!

I looked and either Sage 100 version 2014 info is no longer available or I am looking in the wrong place.

Sorry Therese. I usually pick up on those comments but I am scrambling today. Thanks Jeff.

Thanks Jane. ""IT"" installed this fix last Thursday, and it seemed to help get past one of the errors but they are still unable to print statements (no data). I was not available to work on this until late Friday and I am now taking over for ""IT"". I have a call scheduled tomorrow afternoon with Eric Burke, the Sage SI expert. He is going to remote in and hopefully work some magic.

Sounds the DLL's were not installed properly.

That may be it Jeff. Of course IT believes everything is plug and play / just follow the prompts. They probably didn't turn off UAC prior to the installation. I will find out tomorrow, and will probably remote in before my call with Sage and take a look.

Update: SI is now working on the user's computer. The BI add-in wasn't attached to Excel, and the permissions on the BI folders on the workstation needed to be changed to full control. As a side note: I had an appointment scheduled with Sage at 1 pm. At 1:25 they had not called me so I called Sage. They were trying to figure out why no one had called back so they put me on hold. After 20 minutes of dead air, I hung up. Someone called me back at 2:10 pm and apologized for the delay. This is unprofessional, and a waste of my time and the end users time. I know Sage is busy, probably overworked and under staffed. However, there is no excuse for not calling, or otherwise communicating that they are running late and re-scheduling.
