Update: SI is now working on the user's computer. The BI add-in wasn't attached to Excel, and the permissions on the BI folders on the workstation needed to be changed to full control.
As a side note: I had an appointment scheduled with Sage at 1 pm. At 1:25 they had not called me so I called Sage. They were trying to figure out why no one had called back so they put me on hold. After 20 minutes of dead air, I hung up. Someone called me back at 2:10 pm and apologized for the delay. This is unprofessional, and a waste of my time and the end users time. I know Sage is busy, probably overworked and under staffed. However, there is no excuse for not calling, or otherwise communicating that they are running late and re-scheduling.
