2014 Advanced. Getting this message while trying to copy a company PR folder. PR would not copy during the day but did just now even with the error message. Any thoughts on what the red herring really is?? Job Ops is also in play.... I wonder if that was the problem.

Yes, it is a CRM related message but apparently the real issue was that someone tying up the PR folder which was preventing the copy.

Do they have timekeeping in JobOps? That has to be closed in order to copy.
