2014 Advanced. A customer calls and reports a defective item. The item is out of warranty so no replacement will be sent. No credit memo will be issued. This user wants to enter an RMA so the defective products can be tracked and reported on. What should the customer action be? What should the item action be? One method I am considering is to let the RMA create a credit memo, and then change the amount of the credit memo to $0. Does anyone have a better approach?
