2013.4 - client has a logo with a white background. When a document is saved to Paperless and launched from the viewer, the ""white"" background from the logo looks slightly different from the rest of the form. Although it is quite faint to my eye, it bothers the client. They are in the process of having a new logo made, and have asked me to find out what color number is used in either Crystal/PDF generation, whatever, so they can supply that info to their vendor. They are in test mode for an upgrade from 4.1 to 2013, so haven't previously had PL. Anyone run into this?

I've seen it before. No one has ever squawked, though.

One idea: if you open the form/report in Crystal Reports, maybe try File \ Report Options, and check 'Retain Original Image Color Depth'. That'll either look pretty good or make it much worse...

Another wow. I've seen the same problem but it hasn't bothered anyone. Never heard of that option @SteveIwanowski . I will have to check that out.

IF you call Sage support to ask the color number I'd be curious to their reaction --- mostly about where the first tech finds to transfer you so they don't have to look the info up. Errrhh, ummm, that's really a tools call and you've reached installation. Let me pass the hot potato, um I mean transfer you...

@SteveIwanowski - how obscure is that? I tried it and will report back client feedback.
