2013 Standard - freshly upgraded from 4.3. Only customization is tab stops on AP Invoice Data Entry header for all user/all companies, which, by the way, I needed to reset post-upgrade. During a trouble-shooting exercise, I am remoted onto a user desktop, logged in as myself (all rights). Open APIDE, have her press Ctrl+F9. Get message that ""Custom Office Panels cannot be customized"". But if I launch Customizer Selection, I can create a new customization. I remote to their server. launch APIDE, press Ctrl+F9, and get the second of the attached screen shots. So, this time, it doesn't see the existing customization. I can't duplicate on my local or our internal system. Anyone run into these situations? Can't find the ""cannot be customized"" message on the KB.

Have to ask, did you run the CO utilities????

You know, I did, as part of the upgrade. So, I just remoted into their server, rebuilt the log, and then it appeared on the Customizer Selection screen. So, @JeffSchwenk, thanks for the reminder that sometimes you just have to kick the utilities around a few times to get the desired results!

This came to mind because I did a similar thing last week. Then I remembered that I hadn't run the utilities. After doing so, Life was Good. Might be an idea for the Life is Good T-shirts......
