2013 MOTM Update . I will have the final agreement for our hotel today. We are going to need to officially book it by tomorrow to get the perks that they have offered (reduce room rate, free internet for room and conference, free daily parking ). Also I had them reduce the guarantee to 10 rooms. So if something were to happen 90Minds would only be responsible for 9 rooms but with our interest level I don't see any issues there. Lastly We need to determine how to pay for it, Obviously the rooms will be paid by the individual members but until we meet the required number of room we need to guarantee 9 rooms Do we have a debit card for 90 minds. I would much more comfortable using that then using my personal card although they said that they will not be authorizing anything till 30 days before event . Any thoughts?

Both Jeff and I have debit cards. Let's have him weigh in but I'm find booking this at 10 and guaranteeing it with a Debit card. Seems like a reasonable request and one I would make if I were in the hotel business.

Had to run out and buy a new hard drive before the existing one died. Go ahead and use Wayne's card. I have one, but would have to dig it out of my desk drawer.
