2013. After the upgrade, font size on labels is NOT what it is indicated on Crystal form. Got it working on one machine by making sure the correct label size was selected. Appear to have it all exactly the same on the other workstation, but printing eensy weensy rather than Arial 10. I am starting to hate Crystal 2011 already and I have only upgraded one client.... Anyway, anything else I can check?????

Windows screen font sizing at default? Just thinking of the 941 debacle...

Phil - hey. good thought - will check that out tomorrow. Therese - same label, different workstation. Printer setup appears to be identical, loaded Crystal on both (had to have it on the one to make changes, so figured we'd try to keep them the same). Printer name would be only diff, AND different workstation OS. Of course before the upgrade, no issues.

Beth, did you upgrade the form or is this a 'virgin' 2013 label? I found that alot of forms had to be re-done and verify database didn't work its usual majic.

Upgraded form. No changes in file structure, though. They were just upgrading from 4.5.
