2013 941 Forms Alignment -- the other messages we have on this issue have gotten lengthy and to make sure everyone knows -- if you update a Sage 100 ERP customer to the latest 941 form - be sure their system fonts are at 100% (and not bigger) of they may have problems aligning the 941. No idea why this interferes with printing. Here's the Sage KB: 941 Form for 2013 is not aligning correctly Please change your computers display (DPI) settings to Smaller - 100%(default). 1. Go to Control Panel and click Display 2. Select Smaller-100%(default) 3. Click Apply NOTE: This will require a reboot for changes to take affect. Does this article apply to my products? Sage has posted a ""Hot Fix"" to the partner portal (and I assume the customer portal also) that includes updated PR941A.rpt and PRSCHB.rpt forms. There is one Hot Fix for versions 4.30, 4.40. 4.50 in Program Fix Number PR4066-T. It looks like there may be separate ""Hot Fixes"" for version 2013 depending on if you are running PU#1 = PR5002-T or PU#2 = PR5003-T.
