2012 IRD for 1099 printing. If I understand the notes, after the install, there should be new boxes (11,12,13) for form 1099-INT. I installed the IRD, but the boxes are not present. Also, when running e-Filing, the boxes do not show up on the grid. Am I missing something? Should those boxes be showing up? I have looked for this in version 4.3.0.21, 4.5.5, and 2013.1

Clarification: the boxes are not present in Vendor Maintenance when you go to 1099 History and select the INT form.

I don't know the answer to this but I'd guess your cleanest view of the issue without wondering if you ""missed installing"" a prior IRD would be 2013 which should have all prior IRDs and only need the first update.

I get the same results on version 4.40.0.5 and I'm sure I loaded IRD in prior year?

Well, I got to the place where I can see the boxes on 4.4, 4.5, 2013, but not 4.3 (on year 2012 only). Then I re-read all the documetation. After digging deeper and re-reading the FAQ's, on the last page (the matrix of Supported versions and Program changes), the box where column Sage 100 Standard/Advanced and row for Available Programs for 1099 printing intersect, the value is N/A. However, the Sage 100 and 500 ERP Supported Versions document, revised 12/2012 does not state that 1099 printing program changes will not be available for version 4.3. So these documents appear to conflict with each other. And version 4.3 is a supported version until 9/30/12. The other clue is the Release note for AP Program Changes that accompanied the IRD right at the very top says is for 4.4 and 4.5. So there you go.
