    Sage 50

    This spring, we will be requiring 2-factor authentication for your Sage account. This means that you will not be able to share your login and password for cloud-connected services such as Remote Data Access or Sage HR. 2-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of verification, such as a code presented in an authenticator application, in addition to your password.

    While this references Sage 50, I think 2FA/MFA is coming for SPC if it's not already there. The roadmap seems to say FY25 for Sage 100 and I think that's only the parts of Sage 100 that require some type of Sage account though I'd gladly stand corrected if anyone has better information.

    This happened to me in Feb (for SPC).

    Check these Partner Hub slides for a page saying "2FA for Sage ID" was due to be mandatory on March 19.
