1/3/17 - 1:45pm - Portal is down

It is still working for me, but I was logged in earlier and it hasn't stopped working yet. I'm either special, or incredibly lucky. Or, you are neither. ;-)

Specifically the KB. Still shows as down. Was really laggy earlier this morning.

Ah, yes, definitely something wrong with the KB. I was able to select the product, but it is just spinning now.

Well, there went 11 minutes of my morning.... @GaryFeldman - I could swear I recognized the voice as one of your tech guru's.... If only Sage's support staff was that competent....

Yeah, but isn't it the funniest thing ever? Putting a screen shot as the guy's desktop just cracks me up every time.
