2. Process regular paycheck for employee 11-140 Michael Thompson
3. Note that Federal tax amount is $25.99
4. Clear the payroll pay cycle
5. Set pay cycle to weekly and enter beginning and ending dates. Set check date to 12/31/2019
6. Process regular paycheck for employee 11-140 Michael Thompson
7. Note that Federal tax amount is now $45.92.

Update: Sage is working on a hot fix and is trying to get it added to the 2.20.0 Payroll Product Update. I do not know of a KB number being assigned yet. I'm assuming this impacts all 2.xx versions since we have verified it is an issue with 2.18 and 2.19. I would recommend advising all customers not to process any payroll checks with a 12/31/2019 check date until the hot fix has been released/installed.
