    Yup, still down as of 3:10p ET. WTH!?!?!?! I think Sage needs to be educated on ""redundancy"".

    Sage has acknowledged it's down. No ETA as of yet.

    Client is reporting that Customer Portal is not available and he is trying to process W2s via Aatrix but can't get out of DEMO mode. Could this outage also include the entitlement server that validates Aatrix/Sage active account?

    I'm not sure - I'm in the process of installing Sage 100 2017 for a user and I just clicked to update keys. It didn't throw an error but I don't know if it would if it wasn't able to phone home.

    It looks like you can bypass the login screen by going to Sage City support page https://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/ then click on the Sage100 icon. I got to the KB and a few other places; when I tried to download I got the oops you need to be logged in message though. odd though I never had to log in to get to anything else

    @MichaelMcDonald someone else emailed me about Demo mode - not sure if it's related
