The following conversion record failed while converting XXX:
05.00.00.00:DATA_SageExchange:000000:000 - Unable to create Sage Exchange Vault Account-.
View the Activity Log to locate a specific conversion log.
Steps:
Right Click SE (Sage Exchange)in Task bar and select Settings
Select Data Exchange
Confirm there is a Serial number listed
If no Serial number Click OK
Right Click SE and Select Restart application
# Repeat Step 2 & 3 to confirm Serial number is listed.
