  • 1.  1:1 Training for Operations Management Enhanced Scheduling

    I am not sure if this is allowed here, so please delete if needed. I am interested in purchasing some one-on-one training with OM Enhanced Scheduling, maybe 2-4 hours? I have gone through the user guides and have been working with various sets of test data, and there are still some tools and functions that I am not understanding and would really love some expertise to get me over the finish line so that I can correctly support and train the product.     Amber,  I would highly suggest you reach out to @Gil Ponte or @Jane Scanlan.  The 90 Minds group is here for what you are requesting.  Please be careful to not provide your clients name as there is a specific company that has no qualms in moving in on others clients.  Gil Ponte and Jane Scanlan are definitely trust worthy and highly recommended.​​

    Thanks, Michelle and Wayne. I do know of the Base/Time Tracker training but those classes do not cover Enhanced Scheduling or Field Service. I am working on getting more in-depth ES training and discussion around best practices, since we tend to sell ES with every OM project.
