1099s - Does anyone have procedures on if you already uploaded your 1099s to Aatrix last month and they find new ones to add to last years 1099 file - what is the process? Do you just go through the same routine - will it know you already uploaded and it needs to append?

Good question -- my WAG (wild assed guess) would be just upload the new ones.

I called Aatrix and they said it will prompt if you are amending a filing but you have to manually key in via the excel looking form. They will mail any new ones added etc if you are that type of plan.
