100c v2016 - OK, Where am I missing it? In the classic version, you can add shortcuts by dropping and dragging or by adding programs (e.g. Excel) buttons across the top of the launcher. In 100c, there is a favorites section, but it doesn't appear to allow the icon to be dragged to the top. I see the quick access tool bar but how do you add to it?

Right-Click on any menu option and select Add To favorites. You can also drag into Favorites

I see that. How do I drag it to the TOP of the launcher where it is visible all the time.

Do you have a double platinum subscription plan?

Can't really do that any more. The only thing that comes close is you can choose to display the Favorites in the Ribbon on top and then click on Favorites to display the menu options you added to favorites

As for the Quick Access Tool Bar. I think someone forgot to finish programming it or forgot to turn it off. I am not able to do anything with it other than Display it either on top or below the ribbon. But I can't add anything to it or customize it in any way..
