100c Upgrade Pricing
As some may expect, I am actively reviewing 100c upgrades with our customers. The problem is the complexity when pricing upgrades and the somewhat arbitrary rules applied for the pricing. As a result, I take a stab at it and always send it to our Sales Advisor to review and approve. Today I was told that they have a 24-hour turnaround time on all requests sent in. That's the first I have heard of that additional rule. I already notified my RSM that the upgrade pricing is too complex and he does not agree. I'm getting the message that they are not all that serious about doing these upgrades. Otherwise they should allocate dedicated people to work with us and provide quotes. (Perhaps they could temporarily use some of those 70+ people laid off last week.)
