100 Std V2015 Paperless e-mailing. PO form with company logo displays/prints HALF of logo as a black box. If you print the form directly, it is good, if you preview, then save as a PDF, then try to print it, all is well. there is something with the Amyuni driver that is funky. Will call Sage on Tuesday if not figured out by then..

Quick resolution (I think), I remembered an old post from @AlnoorCassim recommending that images be converted to BMP files. This was originally a JPEG so I converted it to BMP in the RPT. Tested and all seems to be well.

I may have spoken too soon. When I sent the ""good"" PDF image, I sent it from the server. Issue still remains for the purchase person. It may have something to do with the WIN 8 workstation or the installed PDF amyuni driver. Still isolating it.

I thought that PNG logos worked best. Have you tried that yet?

Narrowed down the problem to a specific WIN 8 workstation. Prints OK from the server (my connection) and from another WIN 8 workstation. Regarding what is ""best"", according to the post by Alnoor, BMP's are the preferred file. If you use others, Crystal has to slow to convert to BMP before processing. If you open a form with a logo in Crystal and right click, you will get a convert to bmp option. You do not get the convert option if it is already bmp.

Default printer specified inside the .rpt?

All forms set to none.

Under File | Report Options, enable the Retain Original Image Color Depth. That seems to work when we've that
