100 standard v4.5 - ""Failure: unable to locate the Crystal Print Engine (CRPE32.DLL) "" after adding a new crustal report to the menu and trying to convert the report. Already tried the following: 1. manually added the ""converted to 4.5...."" to the summary options. 2. Copied the CRPE32.DLL file from C:\Program Files(x86)\Business Objects\Common\3.5\Bin into the C:\Windows\System32 folder

Doug I'm not 100% sure on this, but something tells me you need it in the C:\Windos\Syswow directory if it is a 64 bit machine.

David is correct. It needs to go in the Syswow for 64 bit.

Yes, c:\Windows\SysWow64 is where you want it. Here is the old KB: https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20MAS%2090%20and%20200/Gated%20Customers/Warr_Svc_Support%20Plan/541117.html @MaryJoKrueger - I have not had success registering this DLL, usually get the message saying ""no entry point"". Perhaps you know how to get around that?

Thanks everyone. Copying CRPE32.DLL to c:\Windows\SysWow64 did the trick.. I didn't even need to register the dll.... I will try to remember to check if the computer is 64 bit.
