1. How do you easily tell what EES version a customer is using? I have someone on 4.3.11 and there's no lookup to tell me the EES version.
2. How to I upgrade them to 4.3.17+ which is required for them to run the latest Sage PR patches? I was hoping to just slap in the Product Update but it stops me saying that I'm not at the right EES version.
It almost looks like I first have to put in 4.3.14 then another product update to get to 4.3.26.
Unfortunately Sage's KB went down right in the midst of this remote session so I have no access to these resources to figure this out or I'd look in the KB.
I'm hoping that I can just do two PU installs and be done.
Client is NOT on SageCRM.
